I'm vegan and gluten, sugar, and soy free. That means the stuff I make in my kitchen is extra awesome. Here's what I do when I get bored. All recipes are property of me, but you can borrow them long enough to make them.
I don’t want to get up or down with any sickness
Ughhhh…feeling something yucky settling into my face. Not excited. Took a bunch of vitamin C and hoping for the best. I’ve been wanting to come up with a sesame tofu recipe and although I made a good attempt tonight, I didn’t really come up with anything too spectacular. It wasn’t bad though.
SESAME TOFU
- tofu
- sesame seeds
- sesame oil
- cooking oil
- garlic powder
- Bragg’s
Basically, this is pretty easy. Just cube the tofu and cook it in a skillet on medium with like 3/4 sesame oil, 1/4 cooking oil. Let it sit for awhile before you stir it around so that it cooks really well. This is better crunchy on the outside. When it’s about 1/2 done, put some Bragg’s on and flip it. When it’s about 3/4 done, add garlic powder and sesame seeds and flip it again. Eat.
